These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bout2 mobile application, website (bout2.net), and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Tech Efficient LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Activities and Invitations

You are solely responsible for the activities you create and the invitations you send through the Service. You represent that:

• You have the right to invite the people you choose to invite.
• Activity details you provide are accurate and not misleading.
• You will not use the invitation system to harass or contact people who have asked not to be contacted.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (activity descriptions, profile information, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content, and this license ends when you delete your content or account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Tech Efficient LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, SMS providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Invitations or notifications will be delivered successfully.
• Any activity created through the Service will occur as planned.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Efficient LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Efficient LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
